  Event: Fish & Farm Neighborhood Bike Ride - 20 miles
  Cost: Free
    We conjured up this informative ride to kick-off May is Bike Month and hope you’ll have some fun with us. We’ll venture north on the Sacramento Northern Trail and head through Rio Linda, then swing back west and visit Sterling Caviar, who will be wrapping up the caviar spring harvest, to learn a bit about this impressive Sacramento gem. Heading south, we’ll cruise by the boutique, organic urban farm Feeding Crane Farms, which focuses on growing for local restaurants and the local farm to table movement. They’ll provide some treats before we head for home.

  Location: East Entrance of Sleep Train Arena & Truxel Road
    Fuel up at a bicycle breakfast stop from 6-9 a.m. to celebrate Bike to Work Day. Stop by as you commute to work or even if you’re just out for a leisurely ride.

  Location: North Natomas Library
    Spring riding is just around the corner, are you ready? Let your friends at the North Natomas TMA help you get ready to spend more time in the saddle. Get your brain in gear before you ride by joining us at a bicycle clinic. This informative session is taught by a certified bike instructor and contains a plethora of all things cycling. We look forward to seeing you at the North Natomas Library from 6-7:30 pm.

  Event: Shuttle Holiday - Memorial Day
    The Flyer Shuttle will NOT be operating on Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day. Should you need to commute downtown, the TMA encourages you to share the ride with a neighbor or friend.

  Event: Sac State/East Sac Neighborhood Bike Ride - 26 miles
  Cost: Free
    Here’s a new one – let’s head southwest via the American River Bike Trail and venture over the Guy West Bridge through Sac State. We will pass by Hornet Stadium (Go Hornets!) and out the west entrance onto Elvas Ave, then head west through the Fab 40’s, past McKinley Park, by Blue Diamond Almond Growers and back north, via the Ueda Bike Trail. We’ll stop by Panera Bread along the American River Bike Trail for drinks on us.

  Event: Emigrant Trails Bike Trek
    Join our team, the Natomas Flyers, in a fun-filled weekend full of challenge and relaxation. This bike ride is in support of a great cause of clean air, healthy lungs, and a tobacco free future! We will connect at Camp Richardson in South Lake Tahoe for a weekend of cycling, camping, and fun. This is not a race; cycle at your own pace.   Event: Davis to Winter Neighborhood Bike Ride - 26 miles
    This ride is a favorite for those who like riding on paths and quiet country farm roads – who doesn’t? Join us as we depart from a tranquil Davis neighborhood and head west through beautiful farm country to the quaint little town of Winters, where we can imbibe on treats from Steady Eddy’s Coffee Shop before we return along the same route – bring some dough for treats.

  Event: West Sacramento Neighborhood Bike Ride - 25 miles
    Roll through downtown West Sac, south on the River Walk Bike Trail, alongside the Deep Water Channel, and nab a table at Nugget Market for goodies in Southport - hosted by the TMA. On the way back, we’ll take in ski boats, the beautiful Riverfront Promenade and cruise by the Crocker Art Museum as we head for home.
